If you are not totally satisfied with the wedding gown (including quality problem, not the right size etc. ), you may return this wedding gown for a full refund. (excluding shipping charges)
Return & Exchange Requirements:
This wedding gown must be returned within 7 days of accepting the delivery.
No Refund: Over 7 Days still not returned.
This wedding gown must be unworn and in the original condition even after tried on for fit and size.
No Refund: Worn, Perfumed, Altered or without the original Brand&Labels.
Not fit for you(with wrong size), the quality problem
No Refund: Custom-made Petite or Plus Size and Made to your Specification.
It is buyers' responsibility to pay the return or exchange postage.
